We just moved into a new rental home and tried to set up water service. My kids father co-signed for me so that I have a place for my children to lay their heads. I filled out the application for water in my name, but because he was on the lease they said he has to be on there and he owes a back bill of $3562, he stated to them the bill was not his and the water was suppose to only be in my name. They told him because the bill belonged to his son and he son was under the age of 26 he was financially responsible. My water is not on because they refuse to turn it on until the amount is paid in full. If you can find it in your heart to please help me get my water on for me and my kids sake it would be a blessing. I copied and pasted the letter below.

In order for services to be started on June 1, 2017 at 4554 N 78th Ave the past due balance of $3561.43 for account 3600114713 at service address needs to be paid in full. You can make your payment by calling Financial Asset management
Once the balance is paid, services can be started.
